GET A QUOTE
Every project is different
To provide a quote I'll need to know things like your timescale, what areas of your work need my attention, the length and how involved you need me to be in the publication process.
I can usually read between 3,000 and 5,000 words an hour when proofreading fiction. My speed depends on many factors, such as the type of content (references, tables, images) and the level of checks required on each sentence – grammar, spelling, dialogue, proper nouns and so on. Achieving consistency throughout the text also takes time.
If you can share a sample of your work this will help me to provide a quote that you can be assured meets your needs and gives good value.
I base my costs on the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading suggested minimum rates.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 07930 921014 and I'll get back to you quickly about how I can help.
